Welcome to Keytaskers!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keytaskers platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Keytaskers.

1. Overview

Keytaskers is a platform where users ("Workers") can complete various tasks including microtasks, content rewards, surveys, and activities created by other users ("Taskers") and get paid for their work. All payments and payouts are processed through Whop.

2. Eligibility

To use Keytaskers, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have a valid Whop account for payments and payouts
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate information during registration

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and maintaining the security of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. User Roles

Workers

Workers can:

  • Complete microtasks, content reward jobs, surveys, and activities
  • Earn money based on successful completion and approval
  • Request payouts through connected Whop accounts

Taskers

Taskers can:

  • Create and post microtasks and content reward jobs
  • Fund tasks through our deposit system
  • Review and approve/reject worker submissions

5. Platform Fees

  • Workers: Pay a 10% platform fee on earnings from microtasks and content rewards
  • Surveys and Activities: Workers receive the exact advertised amount with no fees
  • Taskers: Pay fees through our deposit system markup structure as outlined in our pricing

6. Completing Tasks

Workers must:

  • Follow task instructions carefully and submit honest, complete work
  • Provide required proof (screenshots, links, etc.) as specified
  • Complete tasks within specified timeframes
  • Maintain quality standards to avoid rejection

Repeated low-effort, fraudulent, or rule-violating submissions may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Creating Tasks

Taskers must:

  • Provide clear, detailed task instructions
  • Set fair payment rates for the work required
  • Fund tasks upfront through our deposit system
  • Review submissions in a timely and fair manner
  • Provide specific feedback for rejected submissions

Tasks that are illegal, unethical, misleading, or designed to deceive workers are strictly prohibited.

8. Deposit System (Taskers)

  • Taskers must deposit funds before creating tasks
  • Deposits are processed through Whop with our markup pricing structure
  • Funds are held until task completion and approval/rejection decisions
  • Unused deposits may be withdrawn subject to processing times and fees

9. Payments & Payouts

  • All payments are processed through Whop
  • Workers must reach a $10.00 minimum balance to request a payout
  • Payouts are processed typically within 3–5 business days through Whop
  • You are responsible for maintaining a valid Whop account capable of receiving payments
  • Keytaskers is not responsible for Whop processing delays or account limitations

10. Content Rewards

For content reward jobs:

  • Payments are milestone-based depending on engagement metrics
  • Content must remain live and publicly accessible during the measurement period
  • Workers must provide accurate proof of milestones achieved
  • Content must comply with the respective social media platform's terms of service

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post, perform, or request illegal, unethical, or harmful tasks
  • Use bots, automation, or artificial means to complete tasks or inflate metrics
  • Submit false, misleading, or low-quality work
  • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or policies
  • Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
  • Manipulate engagement metrics for content rewards through artificial means

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without notice, and forfeiture of all earnings and deposits.

12. Account Termination and Bans

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban your account without prior notice if:

  • You engage in fraudulent activities
  • You violate these Terms or platform policies
  • You attempt to manipulate or abuse the platform
  • We determine you are acting in bad faith

Upon account termination for violations:

  • All earnings will be forfeited and not paid out
  • All deposits will be forfeited and not refunded
  • You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts
  • No appeals process is available for fraud-related bans

You may voluntarily delete your account through your profile settings, subject to completion of any pending obligations.

13. Intellectual Property

  • Keytaskers content, branding, and platform features belong to us or our licensors
  • You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer platform content
  • You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, use, and promote it for platform operation and marketing purposes
  • Task content and instructions remain the property of the creating Tasker

14. Platform Availability

  • We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily limit access
  • We are not liable for loss of earnings due to platform downtime or technical issues
  • Task availability varies and is not guaranteed

15. Disclaimers

Keytaskers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Task availability or earning potential
  • Approval rates or payment amounts
  • Platform uptime or performance
  • Third-party service integrations (including Whop)
  • Content performance or engagement rates

Users participate at their own risk and discretion.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keytaskers and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of earnings, profits, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Disputes between Workers and Taskers
  • Third-party service failures or limitations

Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount involved in the specific dispute, whichever is less.

17. Dispute Resolution

  • Platform-related disputes should be submitted through our support system at /support
  • We will make reasonable efforts to mediate disputes between users
  • Our decisions regarding task approvals, account actions, and policy violations are final
  • Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive rights to class action proceedings

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through:

  • Email notifications to registered users
  • In-app notifications or banners
  • Updates to this page with revised "Last updated" date

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Keytaskers operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
